Great company and easy to do business with. Due to a flood we had to have a unit at the house for 1 year. It kept our belongings dry without a hint of mildew. Delivery needed to be immediate and it was. We highly recommend this firm. By the way they are also less expensive than most anyone else in the area.

I do not like to put my email out but so want to recommend these containers and the service. They are exceptional. We rented for 4 months which turned out to be 16 months. We did not pack our furniture or boxes to be stored this long. The weather went from freezing rain to long hot steamy summer days. Whenever we opened the container it smelled fresh with not a hint of anything except good wood and fabric. Bob, the driver who delivered this was fantastic. This was a very big container – 18 wheeler size. He placed it in a narrow spot on the side of the house – perfectly. Cannot say enough about this company and this service. 5 stars.

Great people and great company. From the owner Brian, to the dispatcher Paul and other office staff and most especially to the incredibly dedicated driver Bobby, these folks will go the extra mile of ensure that your project goes smoothly. You truly cannot go wrong choosing this company for your storage container needs. I had zero experience with these boxes five years ago, but this team put me at ease and have made an incredibly difficult project far easier for me. Bobby goes above and beyond with every call- he really will take care of you. I could not have managed without you, Bob!

Absolutely smooth process from ordering to delivery of a 20′ container. Placed an inquiry through the website and received a call back within a couple of hours. Ashley was great to talk to and very friendly. Ordered the correct size container the next day after some thought and received a call back from their dispatcher, Paul, to confirm everything. He was very helpful in planning the drop-off location and answering a few more questions. Delivery was the next business day. Received a call from Pete before he started heading over for delivery to confirm again. Delivery was made right on time and he was absolutely great to deal with. He was so helpful with getting the container in the right spot and he took the time to level it and do it right. He didn’t just drop it off and leave. I really appreciate the care he took and for all the helpful and friendly people over at Mini Warehousing. Oh and the container itself looks brand new…very clean with a nice finished floor. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I had a great delivery experience this morning (6-13-18)! Nick, our delivery person, was very good at his job. The unit was delivered promptly and set up was easy. Nick was extremely helpful and professional. This is what customer service should be like! Thank you Nick and all the Mini Warehousing personnel. Great job done by all.

My experience with mini warehouse has been superb in all respects. Margaret at the front desk quoted me on all options and then on a second visit handled my order with courtesy and completeness on all the details. The delivery driver Bob was outstanding in his maneuvering his vehicle to get the pod exactly where I needed it. He also was very thorough in explaining all the features and directions for using the pod safely and wisely. Great job by all parties on notification as well.
